- Please take your temperature the morning of your massage, if you have a temp 2 degrees higher than normal, please contact to reschedule.
- Please answer these 3 questions with a yes or no and send in a text, email or phone call prior to your appointment:
- Have you had a fever in the past 24 hours (CDC says 100.3 or higher)?
- Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
- Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms?
- Please wait in your car until I text to let you know I am ready, or I come meet you at your car to walk you in. I will have ALL clients use the door closest to my office and there will not be any waiting room seating available.
- Upon entering, I will have everyone wash their hands prior to entering treatment room.
- We will use only the treatment room (Please try and use the restroom prior to coming. If the bathroom use can be limited for emergencies only, since I have to clean and sanitize any area and surface used by a client, that would help me stay on time).
- If you want to have sandals or slides to wear to get to the table that is up to you. The floor will be vacuumed between clients.
- Please have payment ready prior to arrival.
- I will be changing clothes and face masks along with linens/blanket between each client.
- I will be sanitizing the treatment room along with any room and areas used after each client.
- Please be aware that I cannot extend any session (even if a client is late). I will make sure that I am ready 5 minutes prior to bring each of you in so that we can start on time and end on time.
- Masks are not required but now optional. I will still be wearing a mask during the time of service.
- Please text me prior to your appointment if you or anyone in your household has and cold/flu symptoms so we can make adjustments as needed.
- If you have any allergy or respiratory symptoms please wear a mask as safe practice for my health and ability to continue working.
- If you have a fever or severe symptoms (vomiting, chills or body aches) within 24/36 hours of your apt please text me to reschedule
- The use of hot towels for feet will be by request only (please let me know when booking) and will cost an additional $10. This is due to the increase in laundry and sanitizing required.
- I have not received recommendations on proper cleaning of hot stones from the Massage Board so I cannot book hot stone until I get those instructions.
